My SV's Achievements

Assalamualaikum.

Alhamdulillah, selesai mengemaskini post-post terdahulu laman ini. Berjaya jugak aku compilekan kesemua post dan penulisanku sejak bergelar seorang blogger dari tahun 2009 hingga kini. Now, lets move to the main topic.

Idola atau bahasa mat salehnya dipanggil idol. Merupakan seseorang yang dijadikan contoh ikutan. Mengikut penulisanku yang terdahulu, sempat aku coretkan latar belakang idolaku dalam sukan pencak silat khusus dalam acara silat seni, iaitu my coach, Habizan Othman a.k.a. Dannial. Tapi sekarang ni pulak, suka untuk aku kongsikan sedikit latar belakang idolaku dalam permusafiranku di arena akademik khusus dalam bidang engineering. That is my FYP's supervisor, Engr. Dr. Fadly Jashi Darsivan a.k.a. FJD. Jom lihat background beliau :-

Ringkasan :

A lecturer and researcher at the Mechanical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, International Islamic University Malaysia. Courses taught include Dynamics and Kinematics and Dynamics of Machinery. Currently a Graduate member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (Grad. IEM) and a candidate of a Professional Engineer.

Pursuing a research funded by the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia under the Exploratory Research Grant Scheme and Prototype Research Grant Scheme in the field of semi active damper system together with a local car manufacturer, PROTON Bhd. The goal of the research is to explore the possibility of a continuous variable damper prototype based on dry friction.

The project was funded by the Ministry of Higher Education under the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme amounting RM100,000.00. The project involved the derivation of an active engine mounting system and the development of a neural network based controller for disturbance cancellation.

Vibration Isolation Method Using Adjustable Spring Stiffness Suspension and Adaptable Dry Friction Damping
(Julai 2012 – Kini)
The project explores the possibility of continuously controlling dry friction as an effective damping capability.

Entah kenapa aku sangat respek dengan lecturer-lecturer Melayu kat department aku ni. Aku boleh kata hanya ada beberapa kerat jer melayu. Dr. Fadly, Dr. Sany, Dr. Sultan, Dr. Sanisah dll. Yang lain majoritinya foreign lecturer. Mungkin sebab mereka jer survival sebagai lecturer melayu dan fasih berbahasa inggeris untuk department mekanikal. Haha.

Bila tengok latar belakang setiap pada mereka, terasa macam diri ni nak jadi seperti mereka. Berpendidikan tinggi. Pakar untuk bidang masing-masing. Banyak menerbitkan research paper berkaitan bidang kepakaran masing-masing. Hope I can be like them. At least fulfilling my dream of becoming a Dr. (PhD) later.
